Are you aware of how you are impacting the world around you? Is there a connection between your success, your happiness and your shortcomings? This presentation will help your world become better at work, at home, and in the community as we unpack: awareness of our messes, “fessing up” to them, making them right, knowing the triggers/hot buttons in you, and preparing to win in the future. This presentation helps people recognize and admit that they are human and just like everyone else, they do make messes. The questions are: What do you do with the messes you make? And…How will you prevent more in the future? Chances are, if you mess proof your world, your energy may increase and allow you the freedom to accomplish the goals you really want.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to get up everyday and have all the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy you need? Imagine a great life of being fully engaged… Check in with your levels of alertness, vitality, emotions, concentration, thinking creatively, and maintaining your commitment… How are you doing? What are your Energy Drainers and Gainers? In this presentation, you will:
  • Discover the eight critical factors pertaining to your physical energy.
  • Find ways to access pleasant and positive emotional energy.
  • Increase your mental capacity to organize your life and focus your attention better.
  • Learn how your spiritual energy is a unique force for action in all dimensions of your life and is supported by knowing your values, passions, and purpose, etc.
This seminar can skim the surface in 75 minutes. It is better served in four to five sessions of 60 -75 minutes each. One portion of the above workshop can stand alone. It is listed below:
 

Eating for N-R-G (Energy)

This popular seminar is of interest and benefit to everyone. We ALL need optimum energy to seize every day. It affects more than our vitality, such as: alertness, emotions, creative thinking, and maintaining commitment, just to name a few. Learn some sound facts that make total sense. You’ll wish you would have known this information long ago. And the beauty of it all? It’s so easy to remember and apply! We’ll touch on The ENERGY PIE: Eight areas of our lives that affect our daily energy. The main focus will be on eating - not just what we eat, but also on how and when we eat. Our human fuel tanks will be compared to fuel tanks for any optimal performance machine. Have you had enough years of counting calories and fat? This state-of-the-art information will turn your former thinking upside down! The GLYCEMIC INDEX is key!

This can be a one or two 75 minute seminars, depending on how in depth you want to go and how much work you want them to do in session.

 
 
R.E.A.C.H. for Fulfillment

What is the one thing that ALL of us want out of life? To be able to look back and know that we finished well – that our life mattered. A fulfilling life doesn’t just happen. If we want a fulfilling life we must LIVE INTENTIONALLY. Find the keys to your fulfillment through discovery work in these areas through popular coaching tools such as the Life Wheel:

  • Your Dreams (or Vision)
  • Balance
  • Giving Back

Without this self-knowledge, it’s as if you’re living in a fog with a looming void. Learn about yourself. Attain a road map to get you where you want to go. Get clarity as you would have on a sky-blue day. And know the “why” for doing it all.

Depending on how in depth you want to go and how much work you want them to do in session, this can be as condensed as one 60 minute session or expand to 7 sessions in 7 hours in one day, over 7 weeks, or 7 months. There are seven topic areas.

Five of these are broken down below:

Balance

Balance matters in just about every aspect of life on this planet. When there is balance, things operate as they should. It is vital to the mind, body and spirit of every human.  Let’s take a look at the LIFE WHEEL and see how smooth your ride is in life.  Then, let’s consider how to smooth out those rough areas…

Life Purpose

Consider what the bees do while they are working. Do they whine? No, they hummm… as they contentedly go about doing what they were uniquely designed to do. I believe every person could be as content by living out their unique purpose for existing and being on this earth. If the #1 deadly fear of people is “having lived a meaningless life”, wouldn’t this mean then, that finding one’s purpose in life and then fulfilling it is perhaps the most vital activity anyone can engage in? Are YOU doing what you’re supposed to be doing?

Values

What 5 core values could you never give up even if your life depended on it? Is living a fulfilling life important to you? There is a link between what you truly value in life and how it affects your fulfillment. If you aren’t living under your Umbrella of Values, you’ll find yourself out in the rain. If you are, you’ll experience a unique blend of harmony life will be full and good. Decision making will be a snap.

Passion

When you tap into your true passions in life, your energy and enthusiasm will skyrocket! Passion is the spark that ignites people and motivates them in action. It is the key ingredient in ever leader’s life. Do you know what you are passionate about and are you allowing it to work in you?

Vision

How would you like your life to look 10 years from now? Looking beyond what is and envisioning what could be true. When you get a clear vision and add the courage to follow through, your chances of coming to the end of your life with deep satisfaction are very probable. Make sure when you get there that you won’t wonder if your life really mattered at all. Find your vision now and then go for it!

Taking Care of Yourself: Body, Mind, & Spirit

Living the life you are meant to live can be hindered if you are not healthy and whole in your physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual being. The airlines always instruct us to put on our oxygen mask first for a good reason. We can’t help anyone else if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Are you struggling in one or more of these areas in your daily living? Is there a balance between your Body, Mind, and Spirit? A lack in one area has a profound affect on the other areas. This presentation/workshop helps attendees to find their “compelling reason” to become “invested” in a lifetime decision for balance that won’t fade away.

One hour for presentation only. Two hours if done in a workshop format. Three – four hours if coaching is included.
 
 
 

Eight Non-negotiable Pathways to Wellness

 
Wellness: It’s all about taking care of ourselves. It is the complete integration of body, mind, and spirit – the realization that everything we do, think, feel, and believe has an effect on our state of well-being. It is a choice – a decision that each individual makes to move them toward optimal health and maximum life. It is also a process, a way of living. Create awareness and desire through gaining inspiring information – quick bites, power-packed. This seminar is a time to learn and re-think, to be challenged, to plan, to commit, and then to “buddy up” for accountability.
 
Four – eight sessions of 60 – 75 minutes in length.

Goal Buddy Workshops

 
A Goal Buddy reinforces the “IRON SHARPENS IRON” theory. This workshop will teach the process of becoming a Goal Buddy with someone. Once you are off the ground and running you can continue on with Jill as your coach as a group, as a trio, or fly as a duo on your own. Your Goal Buddy may have already succeeded at what you are wanting and or offer assistance and accountability and it will be as if you have your own coach! The benefits that result from a Goal Buddy relationship can be priceless. At times, these workshops/classes may be a hybrid of teaching and coaching by Jill. Everyone works on their own individual goals and takes part in every session. We’ll work on goal setting, overcoming obstacles, and determining what action to take. Accountability is the bottom line for success. This is only one of the areas where your Goal Buddy comes in!
You can come to the workshop with someone you have already chosen as your Goal Buddy OR you come to the group and learn about HOW TO FIND your Goal Buddy. She may be someone you meet in the group or someone you already know. The finest Goal Buddy is not always your best friend or someone who you’ve known for years. They may be similar or quite different from you, as long as you really connect! It is very important, but not mandatory, that you talk by phone, email or preferably meet with either your Goal Sister at least once a week, preferably for an hour. Connecting and being accountable is a key component of success!
One hour for presentation only. Two hours if done in a workshop format.
Three – four hours if coaching is included.
 
 

Health Topics

Below is a series of topics that can be selected according to your interests and combined into lengths of 45 minutes to 4 hours.

1. Your Health – Is it Dependant on Your Weight?

The things we do in today’s world to seemingly be healthy is not always a healthy choice at all. Many of these practices endanger our health and actually promote weight gain.

2. Societies Standards – The Olden Days v/s The Media Seducing Age

Marilyn Monroe, considered to be one of the most beautiful women of the 1950’s was 5’2” and 140 pounds. Today she would be considered obese. Are society’s standards of beauty and health unrealistic and distorted?

3. Positive Body Image

Does our view of our appearance control our happiness? Is our obsession with plastic beauty leaving us ultimately with empty hearts? What is the price we pay and how much of this are we going to take?

4. Body Types

Do you ever notice at the Olympics how certain types of bodies do well at certain events? Our bodies, like ‘Tinker Toys’, are all put together different. Let’s accept the way we’ve been created and let it work to our highest best.

5. Diet Mentality

Our circles of influence affect our mindset everyday. The views and comments of our family, the media, friends, teachers, coaches, etc. cause us to ‘climb on board’ the Diet Trap, a vicious, never-ending cycle of temporary fixes.

6. Ten Top Reasons to Never Diet

Did you know there is an “Anti-Diet” movement that is growing daily? People are finally getting smarter and making more intelligent decisions. Let’s look at the Diet Myths and make up our minds not to buy into them!

7. The Numbers Game

Counting this, counting that – from the numbers on the scale to the fat content of food and % of body fat, how many miles we run, how many repetitions, measurements, clothing size… you name it. We are obsessed with COUNTING NUMBERS! Aren’t you tired of it?

8. Eating for N-R-G (Energy)

Does your car run without fuel in it?

If you put cheap gas in it, how does it perform?

9. Eating Disorders

ED hits mostly women and it starts at unbelievably young ages. How do you know if you have an ED? What is normal eating? What role do you play if your friend has an ED?

10. Hunger – Is It Mind or Body Hunger?

Why do you eat? Check out those external and internal clues and feelings to find out. Willpower v/s Confrontation – what works? Satisfaction = sustained energy.

11. Take Charge Against Saboteurs

Want some helpful suggestions so you eat the way you know is best?

12. Healthy Eating - Active Living!

As obvious as it seems… these two buddies are an inseparable RX pair for a lifestyle that is full of ENERGY and LIFE. Together they are a Win-Win combination. Increase your quality of life – reap the benefits not only now but much later in life as well.

13. Fitness 4 Fun!

Why don’t people stick with their plans to exercise? Excuses abound because they don’t look forward to it. The key to fitness success is finding something you love to do!
 
 
 
Spiritual Topics

The Great Christian Cover-Up

Surveys show that every week nearly 100% of Christian congregations are sitting in the pews with deep burdens, hurts, habits, and hang-ups. Coping with even ONE of these is enough to cripple even the strongest Christian. We all long for RECOVERY but where and how will we find it? We continue to limp along, alone and in silence. Because we’re “Christians” we’re supposed to “have it together.” So we put on a pleasant face and either deny, hide, or tolerate the dysfunctional ways in which we live. There is a saying that says: We are only as sick as our secrets. Move your congregation into wholeness and freedom by helping to advance the Christian 12-step Recovery Movement. Then, watch people begin to bloom, operate, and flourish working at full capacity for our Lord.

Taking Care of God’s Temple: Body, Mind, & Spirit

This presentation/workshop helps attendees to find their “compelling reason” for commitment and to become “invested” in a lifetime decision that won’t fade away.
One hour for presentation only. Two hours if done in a workshop format. Three – four hours if coaching is included.
 
 
Goal Sisters, Soul Sisters

Goal Sister Groups meet to learn the process of becoming a Goal Sister/Soul Sister with someone. Once you are off the ground and running you can continue on with Jill as your coach as a group, as a trio, or fly as a duo on your own. Your Goal Sister may have already succeeded at what you are wanting or have great insights and ideas, she will hold you accountable to do what you said you would do. It is as if you have your own coach! Remember, iron sharpens iron. The benefits that result from a GS/SS relationship can be priceless. At times, these workshops/classes may be a hybrid of teaching and coaching by Jill. Everyone works on their own individual goals and takes part in every session. We’ll work on goal setting, overcoming obstacles, and determining what action to take. Accountability is the bottom line for success. This is only one of the areas where your Goal Sister comes in!
